Product Description

Flavoured Tea Mixing Machine Powder Ribbon Mixing Machine Hybrid Powder Blender

The Ribbon Mixer consists of a horizontal U-shaped mixing vessel, drive system, and ribbon agitator. The mixing element combines inner and outer double helical ribbon agitators. The outer ribbon moves materials toward the center while the inner ribbon moves materials in the opposite direction, creating radial and lateral movement. Materials are discharged through the center discharge valve.

This Ribbon Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for homogeneous mixing of dry granules and powders. It's particularly suitable for food material mixing, offering gentle yet thorough blending. An optional high-speed chopper is available to break lumps during the blending process.
